Dual Redundancy's March Madness Bracket - Favorite Film Franchise Final Round
It is March and that only means one thing: March Madness! Last year we asked what was your favorite TV character currently on TV. This year we want to know what is your favorite film franchise?
For our bracket we defined a “franchise” as a series of four or more films that either share the same fictional universe or are marketed as a series. Some franchises seemingly cover multiple films (MCU/Spider-Man and DCEU/Batman) but different studios are legally involved and are considered separate by sites like Box Office Mojo, Business Insider and Rotten Tomatoes. Seeding was decided based on cumulative North American box office totals (from Box Office Mojo). Each week each franchise will go head to head until only one film franchise remains!
Voting will close on Sunday and the winner will be revealed during our live Twitch show on Monday, April 5th at 9 PM ET!
Speaking of voting the FINAL ROUND has begun! Please only one vote per person.

Dual Redundancy's March Madness Bracket - Favorite TV Character Round 3
It is March and that only means one thing: March Madness! After dealing with movies last year we decided this year to try and figure out who is the best character currently on TV!
“Currently" is a very important word here. This means their show must be currently airing or will be producing new episodes/seasons soon. In other words, any show that has ended in the last year including The Good Place and Bojack Horseman which had series finales last month are not. There are 16 competitors in each “division” (network, cable, premium and streaming). Every week they will battle against each other until only one TV character remains and is named your favorite currently on television!
Voting for each round will close on Sunday night and the next round of match-ups will begin on Mondays. Keep an eye on the blog, our Twitter feed and each episode’s show notes for the voting link!
Speaking of voting ROUND THREE HAS BEGUN! Please only one vote per person. If you are unfamiliar with both characters in one matchup you can skip that matchup if you choose.

Dual Redundancy's 4th Annual March Madness Bracket Results
One month ago we calculated your votes and revealed your favorite artist in pop music. While we recorded a results show podcast that revealed Justin Timberlake would be "crying a river” after Taylor Swift's victory, we realized no bracket was complete without…a completed bracket!
So without further ado here is a completed bracket with the winner included. How did she win? How close were the results? Those questions along with how we set up the bracket can be answered here with our podcast special.
After bracketing TV shows, movies, actors, and musical artists what is there left for next year? Leave a comment below or tweet to us @DualRedundancy if you have an idea for next March when we let the madness take control once again.

Podcast Episode 95: Revealing Your March Madness Pick for Music's Top of Pop
It was March and that only means one thing: March Madness! Even though we do not discuss sports we still wanted to join the bracket fun and make one for ourselves. So far we have learned that Arrested Development, The Shawshank Redemption and Meryl Streep are, respectively, the best television show, best movie and best living actor/actress. This year Dual Redundancy wants to know who is the top of pop?
In this week's special episode we reveal who the listeners picked for their favorite artist in pop music (17:41). In our fourth annual March Madness bracket the final four were Ed Sheeran, Justin Timberlake, Lorde and Taylor Swift. But in the end, who took home the title?
Before that we also discuss the appointment of Trevor Noah as the new Daily Show host and all the controversy surrounding it (2:54), NBC's upcoming live performance of The Wiz (8:32) and Jay-Z's new music streaming service called Tidal (12:42).
You can also listen to past episodes of the podcast on iTunes or on our YouTube channel.
